My name is Pei-Chun Liao, and I am currently a first-year Master's student in Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering at National Taiwan University. I am pursuing my studies in the High Power Devices and Circuits Lab under the guidance of Professor Kung Yen Lee.
My research focus revolves around the design of SiC (Silicon Carbide) high-power devices and the analysis of measurement results. Throughout my academic journey, I have been deeply intrigued by the potential of SiC technology in advancing power electronics. The opportunity to work on device structures and analyze their performance has been both challenging and rewarding.
