Many two-year colleges boast cultures of diversity and inclusion while providing the nano-technology based education and training required to prepare them for careers in microelectronics. Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) offers its diverse student body with the critical skills needed for success. It leads Utah with the highest enrollment of students from the Latino community. As a result of this fast-growing demographic, SLCC is on the path to becoming a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI). This talk will include a description of efforts implemented to ensure that the program provides an inclusive and transformative education for all students
