Luca Fanelli received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2006, in Italy. He joins SPEA in the Product and Test Engineering Group involved with Wafer and Final test of Silicon discrete high-power MOSFETs. In 2007, as Test Engineering Manager, develops the next generation of High Volume ATEs for the test of GaN products. In 2009 he relocated to the US, where he was appointed Technical Sales Manager for the Sales Team. In 2017 he took charge of the Semiconductor Division in North America. From 2023, he accepts the role of President & GM of the subsidiary of SPEA America.
