Ms Hilda Toh is the Regional Director of the Americas and Europe division at Enterprise Singapore.

Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups. As the national standards and accreditation body, Enterprise Singapore continues to build trust in Singapore's products and services through quality and standards.

Since 2017, Hilda has led initiatives to help companies innovate and internationalise. In her current role as Regional Director based in Los Angeles, she heads up the Los Angeles office to promote trade, investment and enterprise innovation between Singapore and the North America region. She has facilitated Singapore companies in market entry into the US market, partnerships between corporates and startups, and engaged with various partners from state and city governments, investors, accelerators and incubators, to corporations in identifying collaboration opportunities to bring Singapore and global ecosystems closer.

Prior to joining Enterprise Singapore, she led a team in the Regulatory Management and Strategic Investments division of SP Group, which is a leading utilities group in the Asia Pacific region, where she developed the organisation's strategies and policies to abide to its regulatory obligations and supported the negotiations of the organisation's regulatory revenue determination. She also worked closely with the Singapore energy industry to pioneer the set up of the Singapore Member Committee of the World Energy Council, to advance the Singapore energy industry's interests.

Hilda began her career with Deloitte & Touche Singapore working to provide compliance advisory and financial audit services to global clients in the financial services industry sector.
