Alan Liao, Director Probe BU Product Marketing, FormFactor Inc.
Alan Liao has been with FormFactor since August 2008. Alan was electrical design engineer in FormFactor designed first 300mm full wafer contact probe card for SmartPhone DRAM wafer sort testing. Alan also participate as electrical R&D engineer to continuously improve and develop Probe Card technology meets advance memory and advanced packaging test requirement. During 2014, Alan joined in product marketing as SoC and Automotive probe card product manager and oversees business development in whole Asia Region. Alan recent focus on Cryogenic Probe Card development for Quantum Computing IC testing.
Mr. Liao holds an M.S. in Analog Circuit Design and Analysis from Silicon Valley University (SJSU) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
