Dr. Racowski has been advancing processes in the semiconductor and automotive industries for 11 years. Originally, she began her career in the Semiconductor industry working in precursor development for Atomic Layer Deposition. She moved to the Automotive industry for 8 years leading manufacturing process development before returning to the Semiconductor industry in 2021.
She has worked in both specialty gases and deposition materials. Currently, she works in Process Development at EMD Electronics optimizing manufacturing activities.
She is based at the manufacturing and R&D site in Hometown, Pennsylvania, USA. She holds a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Michigan.
