Francesca Domingo is the Head of University Relations & Talent Strategy for EMD Electronics. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive university relations program and emerging and early-talent strategy that differentiates EMD Electronics as an employer of choice. Francesca manages the US Internship Program and delivers an outstanding experience for students early in their careers, assists the business with sourcing candidates, building their talent pipelines, including identifying candidates for rotational programs, and networks with key university faculty on collaborative research initiatives.
Domingo joined the company in 2017 as a corporate recruiter working in human resources and partnering with hiring managers on talent needs. She assumed her current role in January, 2021.
Prior to joining the company, Domingo worked for Banner Health in executive recruitment and the University of Missouri Healthcare System as a Human Resources Specialist, representing the School of Medicine. Francesca’s experience in understanding the higher education ecosystem coupled with knowledge of the semiconductor industy is conducive to her position at EMD Electronics.
In addition to her current role, Domingo leads the SEMI Education and Workforce Planning for the Arizona Chapter. She is heavily involved in the community and sits on the advisory board for Maricopa Corporate College’s Semiconductor Processing Curriculum, Tempe Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and UIDP's HBCU Working Group.
